    Hello and Welcome!! My name is Eren…and I look forward to meeting you…

    Creative Freedom Counseling & Consulting was birthed out of the “ashes” of a clinical social worker (guess who??) that was overwhelmed and dissatisfied with the traditional clinical settings of mental health care. The enormous caseload and paper work often left little room to offer the freedom or creativity for quality mental health care. CFCC aims to provide an individualized and creative approach to mental health care treatment. CFCC believes that each individual/family has value, worth and the ability to achieve their goals.

    Life can be a struggle to juggle!! We all need balance and healthy supports to create and maintain that balance…In my work, I like to combine my two passions: supporting/serving people and the creative arts. I am particularly enthusiastic about working with professional men and women who are experiencing “performance” fatigue, life stressors, anxiety, depression, grief/loss and/or unresolved trauma/conflict within their lives.

    Social work/therapy is my second career…and I can relate to the ways that negative self-talk, negative core beliefs and unresolved trauma can lead to unhealthy esteem which can create barriers to personal growth, healing and freedom. I have witnessed the reality that individuals with successful careers, academic achievements and influence still need support in order to take good care of their mental health.

    At CFCC we provide evidenced based treatments that support the strengths and needs of the individual/family. I also offer faith-based counseling upon request and have a “budding” interest in working with children, adolescents and adults that struggle with the challenges of ADD or ADHD.
