Expressive Arts & Wellness Groups
Art can be a therapeutic element to your mental health care. Sometimes the pain and suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, unhealthy esteem, “holding” negative core beliefs and/or unresolved trauma can leave us at a loss for words.
Our expressive arts & wellness groups can act as an additive ingredient for those already engaged in psychotherapy and/or can also function as a safe community to find support, inspiration and relief as you care for your mental health.
Our groups are focused on relevant topics, such as: grief & loss, re-set core beliefs, identity, stress management and much more. Our clinicians act as facilitators of the group and we utilize a mixed media art approach.
Join us, you don’t need to have an artist background (its okay if you do), yet the focus is the use of art as an expression of your thoughts and feelings about where you are on your mental health journey.
